|I started personal training years ago to bring the training of top level athletes to anybody who wants to lose weight, get fitter, or learn new skills such as MMA, Muay Thai, boxing or kickboxing. Throughout my fighting career I have learnt how to hone my own skills, become incredibly fit, and now I use these techniques to bring out the best in my clients.
Because of my background as a professional fighter, you can be assured that you are getting the real deal in fitness training. I simply don't believe in the tired parodies of boxing and fitness training that are seen elsewhere. I have done the the hard yards training, competing and coaching which is quite evident in my training techniques.
My Personal Training workouts are always different and answer to the principle philosophy of constant improvement. We never do something just for the sake of doing a workout, you'll always leave having made a new achievement - lifting more, running faster, boxing harder or learning something new. And we know how to teach you a move so it's done correctly and without injury.
